- Account Information: We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. We collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google.
- Profile Data:
- Customers: Mobile number, Patna address, vehicle make/model, and preferred localities.
- Drivers: Date of Birth, Driving License (DL) number, DL image, and UPI ID for payments.
- Transaction Data: Details of trip bookings, package selections, number of days, and total trip amounts.
- Communication: Chat messages exchanged between users and Admin within the app.
- Usage Data: We may collect info on how the app is accessed and used via Firebase Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate the booking of drivers by customers.
- To verify driver eligibility (via Driving License and DOB).
- To process platform fees and facilitate payments.
- To provide customer support via Chat and WhatsApp.
- To send notifications regarding trip approvals and status updates.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to power our app:
- Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for authentication, database hosting (Firestore), cloud storage, and cloud messaging.
- Google Maps: Used for location and navigation services.
- UPI Apps: We facilitate payments through external UPI applications installed on your device.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Users may request data deletion by contacting the Admin through the app chat or the official website.
5. Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard Firebase security rules to protect your information from unauthorized access. however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Drivers must be at least 18 years old to register.
